Caspar Fairhall, artist

Caspar’s work investigates the value-laden nature of spatial models and the forms of representation through which they are constructed. He is concerned with the mechanisms used to create the illusion of space within images, and how these relate to our understanding of space itself. Fairhall has exhibited widely in Perth and interstate since 1990, with works included in the Art Gallery of Western Australia, University of Western Australia, Edith Cowan University, Chamber of Commerce and Industry and BankWest collections.

Caspar is represented by Galerie Düsseldorf, Perth where he recently held his solo exhibition Simultaneous, Sequential.
